and this from FTC press release in regard to zMax additives dated February 1, 2001
"This case is the latest in a series of FTC law-enforcement initiatives targeting unsubstantiated claims made by auto additive manufacturers. The FTC previously halted allegedly deceptive advertising by the marketers of Dura Lube, Motor Up, Prolong, Valvoline, Slick 50, and STP, other major brands of engine treatment products."

Just ask yourself one simple question . . .
When using Teflon Cooking pans do you use wooden or metal cooking utensils?
If you answered wooden then why would you pour suspended teflon powder into an engine and "hope" it magically bonds to ALL surfaces 100% and then does not get rubbed off with the metal to metal impact taking place inside an engine hundreds if not thousands of times per second.
Slick 50 and all of the other PTFE based products are a scam. duPont tried for years to state it does not work, but finally gave in and began selling the stuff when they saw they could make millions.

Gosh! that zMax infomercial was pretty convincing telling people why it's better than Slick 50
Talk about Slick! But I didn't bite.
But then, I also bought the Abtron, the Lazerguide by David Ledbetter for the Golf Swing and crap, I need to go to bed earlier so I don't see this stuff!
