To turn off Haldex, you pull the parking brakes. How come mine doesn't turn off?

Default To turn off Haldex, you pull the parking brakes. How come mine doesn't turn off?
I was on the lift and decided to experiment with it, and sure enough, the rear spun too. Is mine broken?

Default You should see them start to turn but they should not turn freely.
This is the standard test for the Haldex clutch pump (V181).
