Yes, well turnabout is fair play and it will be my time shortly...
Had an attorney represent me in a car suit in 1980 and his practice has only improved over the years...thinks that there definitely was a breach of contract that is compensable. Won't say much more except that I do here "ca-ching."

Unfortunately, Audi did not "exceed my expectations...let alone fulfill them..."
I won't bash Audi on this forum since I was an Audi owner of two TTs for two years, had three prior to that over the years, etc.
Suffice it to say that EVERY Audi owner on Audiworld and those who have no clue about the forum...EVERY one of them deserves better treatment from the time they first walk into an Audi dealership, through the sales experience, the purchase, servicing, customer service, parts deployment, client relations, etc. than Audi has given. Before anyone chimes in to say that they have no problems,etc., let me say "this is a generalization" for those who have not experienced negative Audi situations. For the rest of us, we know who we are without mentioning it.
The Audi TT, IMHO, deserves the "pedigree" of an auto manufacturer like (place your highest rated cars here...reliability, customer service...you know, like the one that is ALWAYS in the top three...hint, starts with an "L")and the network that stands behind it. Unfortunately, just like humankind, we cannot really "choose" who our parents will be, what type of life we'll have, etc. Guess the Audi TT is in THAT category as well.
I like my new IS300. However, it is not in the same league with the TT in most areas. Surprisingly, it also catches eye appeal and stares. But I think it is based solely on the fact that it is sooooo clean...ZZZZZZd to the max.
