DC/MD/VA Folks going to Harper's Ferry --
Anyone else staying at the Inn that night? If you're interested, they had several rooms available, but you have to mail them a check...no credit cards.

I don't understand why they couldn't take a credit card to book the room. Hope it is not an indication of lack of modern conveniences. Although I'm sure some people on the frum wouldn't mind that;-). I think I have until the 28th to send in my check.
Oh, and they first said that the room was $135, then towards the end of the phone call, changed it to $145 saying that he forgot that rates go up on 9/1/01. Anyhow, not that bad...
We got one of the corner river front rooms. Hope it is nice.
