Yes, Check this out...
Get underneath the front of the car, and with a fairly wide flat-blade screwdriver, push up *hard* into this are here.
(Start at one end, not in the middle as shown here. You can easily find these tabs.)
You will release this tab. Feel along with your fingers to the next spot, do the same. Keep doing this all along the bottom, untill you have *all* the tabs released.
Then the whole unit will pop out from the top.
You will notice that the unit is quite flexible.
Be careful, or you make break off one of the tabs!
It goes back the same way, push it in from the top tab first, and then push in the bottom tabs *hard*. You may need the screwdriver to assist you pushing up these tabs, and then to push them in.

How much is a replacement
I just recently bought a TTR with 5000 miles on it. It also happen to have the holes that were drilled to hold the front license plate, but the funning thing was that it doesn't have the front license plate, just the holes. I was kinda curious on how much a replacement was.
