What's your vote for stretch of Interstate that screams "floor it!?"
From my experiences, they are:
Straight Line
=============
1) I-80 between Reno, NV and SLC, UT
2) I-80 between Evanston, WY and Des Moines, IA
3) I-15 between Barstow, CA and Las Vegas, NV
4) I-80 between Des Moines and Davenport, IA
5) I-25 between Cheyenne, WY and Fort Collins, CO
6) I-76 between Hudson, CO and I-80
7) I-70 between Eagle and Glenwood Springs, CO
8) I-70 between Grand Junction, CO and Green River, UT
Fun Curvies
===========
1) I-15 between St. George UT and Mesquite, NV
2) I-70 between Green River, UT and Salina, UT
3) I-70 between Grand Junction and Rifle, CO

I've only had a chance to drive between Barstow ( Victorville ) and Vegas.....
But unfortunately I was in a 1972 Mercedes Benz. At that time the car was 14 years old :-( and there was no way to floor it. Lol.

I would think the entire Northeast is too crowded for that type of driving...
Not like the good old West, where even during the day you'll see two or three other vehicles on I-80 between Reno and Utah, and they'll all be UPS package cars...
