Great service experience at Classic Audi - Orlando

I was greeted by the service writer, service manager and a person who is sort of their liason person who is the buffer between the customer and the company. Awaiting me was an Audi A4 with 4000 miles on the odometer. I was presented with a CD which I am told depicts various Audi events and commercials from around the world, including video of an S4 negotiating a curvy hill only on its rims. Now if the actual service goes about half as good as this morning's experience, I am going to be one pleased customer!

isn't that how Lightning owners were treated? :)

Have you had a chance to watch the CD? I never heard of that one. Sounds like it should be pretty cool to watch.

Hey Larry, I am just about to watch it. They were very enthused by the CD, and couldn't wait to

tell me about it. They have decided to give each of their customers a copy when they come in for service. They asked me if I missed my Lightning, to which I had to reply an honest, NO!

They told me that they were working hard to make up for the shortcomings of the previous owner.

Apparently, they are quickly working themselves up the list of best service providers. On top of that they are chip friendly. Service manager even gave me the name of chipped customers if I wanted to see the enhancements brought to stock by various tuners. You gotta like it!

keep it and watch it and enjoy it. If afterwards you want to send it to me I will watch it and pass it on to someone else afterwards. How would that be?
