I am in the retail biz and I can tell you, no one is getting rich here and

we are happy to be able to keep our heads above water. We are kinda thinkin' that this will not turn around until the 2nd quarter 2002

Yet in the service area, demand is outpacing supply. Audi can't schedule folks for service....

with less than a week to two notice (sometimes several months in this area). Our refrigerator died last week, and GE couldn't fit us in until today .... and everyone else on the list for today had to be bumped off since ours was a major repair. (Bet those folks are thrilled of the prospect of waiting until next week). What gives, anyway?
