20k service coming up ... they replace brake fluid at that time. What does Audi use? Does anyone
Really, really try all the time to think there is no "old boys' club," but when I get only one response to this post, it sort of makes me wonder.
I am going to press on a controversial issue I have not mentioned here except for maybe once a very long time ago. Do you have this problem? My windshield is a total mess, and we know I take care of my car. Two years, only 20k and pampered. My windshield is covered with chips and a pattern of ...don't know what to call it...driving into the sun is near impossible...like a bright constellation...just thousands of stars...you can't feel anything on the outside or inside, so it's not like it's chipped, which I feel I have far too many of anyway. Driven every other car on my work commute and never had a windshield degrade like this...I'm going to "lobby" for replacement. We'll see how far I get.
Must be very soft glass, inferior glass. I'm totally behind you on the lobbying part. The only nick we had was *smaller than a pinhead* but they would not consider the 22" run part of the "stress crack" syndrome, so we had to replace it at our cost.
