Default Chip questions. (edited for mediocrity)

I've read most all the previous posts concerning chipping, and I've done good bit of looking at the various makers web information. All that said and done I have a few specific questions about chip ownership that I hope you all can help to answer.
Here are my specifics: 01 225coupe, 10k miles, daily driver right now, but will become more recreational in about nine months or so.
1. What chip do you have (manufacture/stage if applicable)
2. What are the specific features of your chip. (valet mode/multiple levels)
3. (pertaining to the question above) how often do you really use those features?
4. What concerns complaints do you have concerning your chip?
5. How does the vehicle perform at speeds of 55mph to 100mph (average driving speed)
6. Did you keep the original ECU and buy a chipped spare, or did you chip your only ECU?
7. Anything really great information, or things I should know?
Lastly I just wanted to say thankyou in advance. I really do appreciate not only the volume of information and experience in this forum, but the honesty and passion with which you all share it.

Default Um, APR w/ EMCS chip-stock and TBA-Fault Code Erase, drives great, smooth, fast

did not get add ECU, no problems, 55-100 wonderful - better get an exhuast though - works and sounds better and is faster with it.

Use EMCS on trips to dealer
