Where in the world does it go?

Where in the world does it go?
While I was driving my new 225QR, my wife noticed something on the floor, under the glove compartmnt. It's about the size of a quarter and looks just like the round, dimpled pieces on the door handles and underneathe the door handles on the door pulls. We looked all over but we can't figure out where it goes;nothing is missing.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

BTW, the first and only time I used the "cup holder," two days after I picked up my TT, I bathed the power top switch with nice hot coffee when the car went over a mildy-bumpy stretch of road.I now have my coffee before I leave for work.
