What do you mean by CDA box...balance and blueprint the motor?

CDA is an Acronym for an air box that The Race Store sells >>>>>>>>>
<b>C</b>arbon Fiber<b> D</b>ynamic <b>A</b>irbox is what I think it stands for.....
I have one and have not dynoed yet but Ralf at the Race Store has dynoed one on an S4 and gained 6-7hp and 15 ft/lbs of torque I think..

CDA was already explained, so...
On a VERY basic level, balancing and blueprinting the motor is re-building it while paying VERY VERY close attention to the tolerances and weights of all the components(rods, heads, etc etc). This process makes the motor more solid overall....so it would definitely be able to handle having more boost flow through it. It might yield more power(im not sure)...but if you want to make this car fast--I say do it right and do everything.
