Default Okay, I'm glad to report that as of right now...
Nothing is wrong with my car! The alarm's not going off, the check engine light is off, the fuel gauge seems accurate, no unusal sounds or rattles (okay, radio's got the "morris code" noise, but that doesn't count)(yes, I know it's Morse). The engine's fine, the tranny and clutch are perfect.

I did drop my key against the paint today creating a 3/8" scratch, but at least everything else is okay. Perhaps next week will be different, but for now, everything's great!

congrats. but now that the Buick is running so well, what will you do when the TT is back? :-)

They replaced the clutch, put everything back together, and nothing happened. Then, they replaced the tranny. Frankly, I'm not sure the clutch needed replacement, nor am I sure the tranny couldn't have been repaired, but I'd rather have new stuff anyway.

If I had to pay for this, it would have cost me $13,000-$15,000, so I'm glad the car was still under warranty.
