Unfixable door ding?

Met with a paintless dent removal guy this AM, apparently one of the best in Orange County, and he says he's going to have trouble removing the door ding from my passenger's side door. It's a little one, about 5 inches forward of the door handle. When he tried to get to it with his tools, he says that the path is blocked by a couple safety braces inside the door. He says even if he drills a hole in the side of the door, he still may not be able to reach it. Does anyone know of where I can get schematics or photos of the inside of the door so that he would know where he should drill or place his tools in order to get to the ding? Anyone have similar experiences?

I've had to remove my interior door panel before. But drilling? Get a 2nd opinion.
