Shame on you Mr. President (long)
Not even one mention of your closest BEST FRIEND...CANADA
Not only did we take in approx. 25000 people whose US bound flights were divereted to Canada, but we had, if not the largest, one of the largest memorial services for the victims on Parliament Hill in Ottawa last week.
I've been glued to CNN everyday since last Tuesday and have shed more than a tear or two for the victims. As a Canadian who adores the US and loves Americans, I feel very disappointed in this obvious omission.
G-d bless America and thanks for allowing me to vent, but I'm fed up with US ignorance when it comes to Canada and tired of being taken for granted.

Am so sorry, All I've received at work this week is wonderful notes from
my friends at our Canadian subsidiary...and, I'm well aware that Canada lost many of its citizens in the attack...am heartfully sorry that Canada was not mentioned. Only thing I can think of is things going on behind the scenes may have mandated otherwise. Am at a loss to explain the ommission...either totally callous on our part, or Chretien was invited and declined. Nevertheless, I appreciate my Candadian support every single day...peace.
