Firstly, I posted in the wrong place -- out of context. Was meant
as a response....but, secondly, I truly think the British response to their bastard child during this time has been heartwarming...listened to a very impressive interview with Blair today....of course, shoot me now if you want to, I'm one of the biggest Maggie Thatcher fans on the planet.

(which no one did, I realize!). I liked Thatcher too. Tons of admiration for the British response to the tragedy and as Bush said last night, I'll never forget the Star Spangled Banner being played at Buckingham Palace. But then again, London is my favorite city in the whole world, too.
