Default Some good advice
If you bought $1000 worth of Nortel stock one year ago, it would be worth $49
If you bought $1000 worth of Budweiser ( the beer, not the stock) one year ago, drank all the beer, and traded in the cans for the nickel deposit, you would have $79.

My advice to you is to start drinking heavily.

Or buy another $1000 of Nortel and see where you're at in 5 years.

Default A set % of my yearly salary buys me stock in the company every qtr at a discount.
At less than $4.97 a share this quarter...I should have a large chunk in my account once it starts to re-gain momentum....Not to mention my still vesting options....3 more years.

Not bad for a kid wit know edgamucation....
