Had the BOSE feature removed in preparation for system install
Holy cow...sure did wake up the Basslink, I guess the Bose had a Loudness feature or something to protect the expensive speakers they provide us with....
Needless to saythe basslink sounds awesome...and to think Bose was stifling it all this time..

Just curious... what am I missing?
My Bose system sounds great to me. I've turned the Bass and Treble to 5 and sometimes I think I've lost a rear tire when the Bass starts rumbling.
I have the "premium" audio system. Are the guys who don't like the Bose system suffering with the 80 Watt system or am I missing something?
FWIW my home theater is powered by two Denon Amps and Boston Acoustic satellite speakers with a Klipsch 10" powered Sub. Includes a Denon LD player, RCA Divx/DVD player (I bought early), Mitsubishi SVHS VCR, and the ol' 50" Mits. TV.

Install plans
Ok I am gonna lose the rear seat....and the trunk floor.This will be replaced with 3/8th MDF board from the rear to the front edge of where th seat was.In the place the seats were will be the amplifiers and the Powercap,along with the EQX,
Then towards the rear I am going to fabriacate 2 Fiberglass pods with.66 cu ft of air, with 3/4 baffles..this will house the 2 subwoofers, they will be forward firing at an angle from both corners of the trunk.
Door speakers in the factory location, with the addition of a sealed pod...probably made of fiberglass and linde with dynamat and fiberfill,to increase mid bass response,Door will get a little more dynamat to stop any unwanted resonance.
Please feel free to offer alternatives or construcive comments as this plan is not yet cast in stone.
