aviator gray interior--anyone have one?
does anybody have any pictures handy of the aviator gray interior? my dealer has a 2002 moro blue roadster with the gray interior available in a couple weeks...i really had my heart set on black, but then again, i've never really seen the gray. can anybody help?

I got BB TTR w/ Aviator interior - looks great, IMHO
I originally wanted the ebony interior, but Aviator makes a nice contrast (i.e., so the car isn't all black). and regardless, it makes for a nice interior color.
I'd be willing to bet you'll like it...

Watch out on the Roadster, it shows bad signs of wear
I have a silver 225 TTR with Aviator Grey Leather and it shows extensive signs of wear after about a year and 10,000 miles. My 14,500 mile, 1.5 year old 300M with leather seats doesn't show any wear of the seats at all.
My dealer said it was 'normal wear' and also told me that the 4-year vehicle warranty doesn't apply to the leather seats (only 1 year).
Has anybody else had a similar experience?
I really like the color though, especially as it doesn't get as hot when sitting in the sun for a while.

I personally saw this combination last week when I was in Europe and detoured to Ingolstadt !
It was in their main show room.
It had the gray Alcantra leather.
It was an incredible combination, that I would nighly recommend.
I don't know if the Alcantra is an option in the U.S.
