Gas and Trunk lid buttons

The button to open the gas cap flap, and the button to open the trunk lid, function intermittently.
Has anyone else had this problem?

If the car "thinks" that it is locked, then the buttons don't function. Try unlock doors first.

Happened to me twice.

The problem stayed for a few days each time. I had to use the gas cap release handle inside the trunk for couple of fills.

Then healed by itself before I had a chance to show it to the service.

Exact same thing happpend to me...

Try unlocking/locking the car, with the key instead of the transmitter. This will 'reset' things...

Worked for me.
