Brad! (NexTT) I did the seafood jambalaya tonight, came out great. In fact, I bought

3 pounds of shrimp, and I'm going to take the extra shrimp and skewer and grill them, and serve them over the leftover jambalaya for our tailgate party tomorrow at the football game.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Tony Chachere's seasonings at my local grocery store.

We were royally outclassed. But a great day for football in a record crowd of 92,010 at Death Valley!

It's too bad they lost. I've been a gator-hater for a long time. Oh well.
