next season - racing tires . . . .hmmmm, trailer hitch (any recommendations?)

great fun autocross day, South Jersey region SCCA, 2nd place . . trophy ! Trailed the A/Stock leader in his MR2 turbo on Kumhos by almost 3 sec on a 60 sec course, so still a big gap though, tires or no. Best news is that I've stopped shaking after a run . . . ;-)

BTW, I think everyone and their TT should do this.
Just my opinion. It's thrilling, challenging, and you'll be a safer street driver afterwards - you WILL know what your car can and can't do.
With this car, you're gonna do edgy stuff anyway, so you may as well know what to expect, eh?

Congrats on 2nd! I agree on the Kumhos...now a believer, possibly the anti sway bar too...

did the short track at willow springs and the above items may be just be the best set up on tight courses. The fastest miatas were on Kumhos and could stick much better in the turns. Those that were not...well chunking tires and a few spinning off the track. I could have used more traction and so Kumhos will be next purchase for another track session. No problem with brakes. Stock were fine on tight course with limited top speeds.
