I just talked to the guy working with me on tring out a fitment of Fikse rims on my car.

He told me that Fikse made up a prototype wheel last Friday and has already shipped it out to try it out on my car. It should be here Wednesday so I'll be anxiously awaiting it's arrival. Sounds like he had positive results, though. I'm very jazzed about these wheels.

Yes, the Mach Vs with the anodized silver finish. 18 x 8.5

Still looking at that. He measured 2" from the face of the hub to the outside...

...of the caliper hat. He put together a spec for Fikse to work from, but I don't know what exactly he told them. Aparently, the stock Fikse setup comes with a max clearance of 1.6". I think he's having them do two things.

1. Increase the offset by adding to the hub center in much the same way as you would do with a spacer, only this is by adding to the wheel itself.

2. Move the spokes a little further toward the outside of the wheel. This will keep the wheel outer rim pulled in or flush with the fender.

I'll let you know more on Wednesday if it comes in and I get a chance to have it fitted.
