fog bulb replacement help? -->
Do I have to remove the entire housing to get to it? I took the black covering off and unscrewed the two torq nuts that seemed to be holding the housing in place, but was unable to yank the housing out more than 1/4~1/2". Is it "latched" behind the front body panel? If so, how do I get it out so I can actually look underneath the grey plastic cover covering the fog-bulb?

uhh...you've gone far beyond what is necessary
You don't have to remove the housing.
The oval-shaped light gray plastic cover behind the fog bulb assembly twists right off. The bulb is attached with one wire and held in place with a clip. Do the passenger side first because it's easier to see what you're doing.
