Default RobbyTT - Where is the best place to tailgate for the Northwestern games?

I understand that they don't let you park in the lots next to the stadium anymore unless you have season tickets. So where is the best place for people coming in to park and tailgate now? Someone else mentioned something about the parking lot at the Crown Center? Also, are their any tailgate restrictions (I assume no kegs, bottles, or open flames)? Let me know.

Thanks,

Jenni

Default I believe NW clamps down on tailgaiting in general - Robby posted about it a while ago.

However, from the looks of his college room, he should invite you over there for the party!

Default Well....

The Henry Crown Center (****) is one parking lot and a parking lot across from Tech on Sheridan Rd. is the other. I'm not sure about restrictions but I'm sure you could get away with a keg Be smart; use colored plastic cups and make sure you properly dispose of your coals. Of course, either parking lot is real close to the Fraternities and we have some tailgates as well.

Coming to the Iowa game on the 10th?

Default Tru. They don't allow "wet" frat tailgating at the stadium anymore...so we tailgate at the house...

real early...Keg and eggs, then move to the stadium flasks in hand for some BBQ. Still not as fun as the good old days but what can you do.

Default Hey Robby, you know someone named Mike Nullman? He's a friend that goes to NW.

He majors in engineering, he should be a senior or junior.

Default He's from down here. The family sits next to me at Dolphin games. The oldest son is

really a closer friend, he's in law school at U of Miami. We've sat next to them since the fins went to the new stadium, which was around '88. I think Mike was about 7 at the time. Oh ****, I'm getting old!

I don't know what kind of engineering he's studying, but you stay away from him. ;-) That boy is dangerous. He is one sick puppy. Smart, but sick.

If you see him, tell him Paul Simoni from Miami says hi, and we miss him at our tailgate parties.
