The Race Store - Poor and Dishonest Service
I recently ordered 2 sets of brake rotor from them and experience some bad and dishonest service. To make the long story short, they sent me something which is not I ordered. Durung the duration of the following 2 weeks, no replacement has been sent and the guy Ralf who I believe to be the owner is full of lies. He promises the replacement to be sent out in the 2nd day having know that the incident.
As of today, there is no reply from the store. What he apologises is the short of man power in his company. Is it an excuse???
My order is only worth $800, but I can see this company is so disorganise and dishonest practice.
Should stay away from them. There are lot of place selling the same product. Why buy it from them. Possibly they are thinking I am in Hong Kong and they can treat us bad. But remember I am not the only one seeing this message.

Not that my word may mean much to you, but I can tell you that I have had the
exact opposite experience with the Race Store, they have been nothing but helpful to me. I am wondering if you are just having some miscommunications betwwen the 2 of you....

In some sense, Ralf is helpful, BUT the way he acts is not acceptable.
He knows what has happened and he shouldn't have lied that many times. he promised he'd call me back with the UPS tracking number by 9am EST 10/30/2001, but now it is mid-day already, there is no answer. Can't even reach him by phone, even send him a fax already.

According to Ralf, his German supplier Zimmermann screwed up the delivery and gave him false message which then he passed on to me.
Now all I have to do is wait. Thanks Ralf to clear up the confusion.

I agree, every effort to provide customer satisfaction has been made
Not all transactions have been perfect, however Ralf has been a man of his word and has made it right. Some things have been out of his control and he has accepted responsibility. I'm sure, once Ralf gets to the bottom of Speeder Sam's issue, it will be fixed.
