I'm in lust again! Just saw Audi Avantissimo. OMG!
Remember this is coming from an 4200 lb Impala SS driver.
Cover car on Dec 3 AutoWeek, which isn't online yet. It's an A8 Avant based on the 2003 A8, I think, but with no common panels. 430 hp twin turbo 4.2 V8, 443 lb-ft 1800-3600. W12 fits BTW.
It could be a model year 2005.
The last Audi show-stealer concept car hit which made production was the TT.

BTW, Jon, very glad you finally cleared up the SS part of the unred four door vehicle. I can now stop having nightmares of unred pigs in miniskirts. :-)))

Saw it myself
very cool, love the glass roof panels that change tint levels. Plus the wood backs of the seats, and the built in LCD displays. They say around $90+K, but my guess is around $100K. If you think about it, larger engine, larger vehicle with a ton more extras then the S8 and that runs around $80K.

That's why they make up over 65% of all auto sales in Europe.
Can't think of any car I'd rather have than an RS4 Avant (wagon). Best of all worlds imo. Who cares if it's "cool" or not? Give me a break..........
