Another license plate survey.... (medium longish)

Florida does not use front license plates.Since my crummy dealer violated my front bumper by putting on a plate holder with their lousy ad inside and since they are not paying me to advertise for them, I feel the need to replace the thing. If I remove the holder, it will leave holes, right?
What else should I put in its place. I went to my local upscale auto supply place today and I have too many choices. A German plate? The word "AUDI"? The interlocking rings? My initials in nautical flags? The superman symbol (though I think of myself more as the wonderwoman type)? Ideas????

Ask your dealer to swap you a new one off another car, or ...

buy a new one from Clair parts and have it painted.

I say get the $46.00 part, have it painted, and have your TT look like it should. =8^)

Either replace the insert or go to clairparts.com and get

one of the neat TT or Audi rings front plates to put in there. Actually, I probably still have this black with the Audi rings in the garage. Took it out when I put in the vanity plates. You want it, it yours. Also, I pulled off that whole damn black contraption thing the dealer put on there and mounted the plate frame directly to the car...you have to be just the tinsiest bit handy to do that. Just took a power drill and put new holes in and screwed it on....but, I made sure that if I put the plate holder back on, it would cover those holes. Here's a pic of it, not really clear.
