Sat in a new 2001 911 twin turbo last night, started the engine, revved it a little...

and I have to tell you I liked what I heard. The engine had a nice low key tone to it. Its interior was about the same quality as our TT. Wouldn't mind owning one one day :-)

Don't like the radiator inlets on the front bumper but the rest I like :-)

The 911 Turbo has 415 hp, how much does the twin turbo have? 'Bout 440?

They call it a 911-Turbo but it's twin turbo charged. It has 415Hp only at 0.8bar of boost...

I would think a 1.3bar ecu upgrade will give you ~440-450hp.

You can tell when you first start it. It has a little more vibration that a 60° V-6. As soon as the

revs come up it smoothes out very nicely

just to clarify that 415 is crank...so HUGE difference in rated vs. actual

wish our TT's had that problem
