Winter's almost upon us and I'm trying to figure out what to do

about washing my car during the freezing cold months ahead. I will NEVER take my TT to a car wash but what are my alternatives? What do some of you do? I am, of course, talking about the "some of you" who don't live in warm-year-'round places, like the Galapagos Islands. ;o)

Find one of those Touchless drive throughs......>>

they're putting up with Gas and Go's. They use high pressure spray, no brushes or flapping cloths, and no tracks to mess your wheels up. Very safe.

Are these touchless car washes OK for the roadster also? I wasn't sure about the high spray coming at the top from all directions.

Elmer, where in NY do you live?

I am on Long Island and go to a self wash place in Island Park. They actually pump warm/hot water through the system all winter long. It is amazing. I have actually gone there 1, 2 in the morning and washed and waxed my car when the temps are below 30*F. Zaino works amazingly well in subfreezing temps.
