Is 3M Rubbing compound the best product to remove swirls with?

Is 3M Rubbing compound the best product to remove swirls with?

need something a bit stronger than Z5 yet not too abrasive. And does the 3M RC need to be applied/removed w/an orbital polisher?

I have used it with good success.....

if you read the bottle, it tells you how to apply it with both the orbital or by hand.

Scratches too!

The zaino rep here in Dallas uses it also. Buy the "Hand Glaze" it's the one to get.

try 3m polishing pad glaze first. Sal said if z5 doesn't work to use only this.

After speaking with him over a year ago contemplating zaino and the swirls I had it's what he recomended as the solution. Rubbing compound too harsh unless you have scratches you can feel. I've had excellent results using the following on scratches left by cat paws on the hood and other marks. I go mild first ie. p21s paint cleanser and if that does not help then 3m polishing pad glaze then re-wax. If I had worse scratches or bad swirls then I would step up to the rubbing compound.
