Office Holiday Party tonight so I must carefully balance caffiene & alcohol....
Just a slight miscalculation could lead to an embarrasing evening. Truthfully, this should be an interesting party. I've been w/ this firm for almost a year and literally nobody here has a clue about who I really am. All they know is that I'm the new trial guy and I have a great car with "scary" license plates.

This sounds like an opportunity to introduce the REAL you.
When you think about it, why perpetrate any illusion that you're a normal, upstanding citizen. Instead, you should go ahead and wear the sequened evening gown with the pumps, drink like a fish, and projectile vomit on the boss at the end of the evening. Be yourself I say!!

I'm with you. Macy's is having a sale on sequined coctail dresses. Might pick one up at lunch.
The projectile vomiting would be a nice touch but I'm not sure the splashback would match my shous so I may hold off on that.
