Do I let Dad drive the TT?
My parents have been spending alot of time in Naples Florida thus keeping one of their RL's there. When they come home they do have the need for two cars.
Here is the question, being they have a empty bay in the garage, and they live 1 mile from me, I keep the TT there during the winter season. When they come home the need for the second car comes into play. My Dad thinks he can drive a stick...he is not an old 68, but we do get slower as we get older.
Do I let him drive iTT as a thanks for the garage space?

Yea, have to let mom & dad take the
car. I did for a few days while I was out of town, and they had a ball. While they are accustumed to nice cars (Dad had multiple Audi 5000's even thoug they where POS) they got a real kick out of having the TT for a few days!
After all I took pride in totaling a Saab of their's when I was a kid, so what could keep me from letting them use my car for a few days?
BTW, you said a while back you own/run a store up by us. Which one? Or am I crazy, and you did not say that?

My father-in-law, who hasn't driven a stick car in 20 years
and who drives like a maniac, is dying to to drive my TT. Whenever we go to my inlaws we take the Passat and he says, "You didn't bring your Audi??" I think to myself, "Hell no!"
