Downpipe question...Does anyone have experience with custom downpipe??

If anyone has pictures of install it would be great. Looking to see if I should do this after I purchase my Miltek.

You'd have to manufacture your own. No tuners are offering this, yet.

Yup, that about nails it... I'm still selling the parts to make a custom one...

and some misc parts as well:

1) Bailey DV 30 valve, 6K miles, works fine, $75 includes shipping anywhere in USA.

also:

2) Enough stuff to do a custom downpipe and then some:

(2 pcs.) 3" diameter 304 stainless U-Bend tubing
(2 pcs.) 2" diameter 304 stainless U-bend tubing
(1 pc.) 1' long 1" diameter 304 stainless straight tubing
(1 pc.) 1' long 3" diameter 304 stainless straight tubing
(1 pc.) 3' long, 2.75" diameter 304 stainless straight tubing
(1 pc.) 8" long 3" diameter 304 stainless braided flexible tubing section
(4 pcs.) 4" x 4" x .375" 304 stainless flat plates (for making custom flanges)
(1 pc.) Turbo Exhaust Flange, K04 3-bolt, mild steel
(2 pcs.) front pair subframe bolts, single use (must loosen and replace to install downpipe)
(2 pcs.) rear pair subframe bolts, single use (must loosen and replace to install downpipe)

All this stuff cost me $438.60. I'm selling it for $350 including shipping anywhere in the continental USA. Buyer takes all exhaust stuff. Its heavy, so thats a deal. :-)

I've Brullen 2.5" DownPipe

Mine is the first one from brullen. At first we go for 3". But the space limit the size, the DP touch the quattro drive starf. Then we build a 2.5" DP with sport cat. After i've try both 2.5" and 3". I will say 2.5" make more power than 3", most of the power gain at high rpm.
