Default Arggghhh got shafted by AUdi yet again....this time

if anyones been following my posts about all the free loot that I ordered with the gift certificates they sent me cause of all the problems I have been having with my car. Well heres what happened. I got my gift certificates and they sent me a catalogue a couple of weeks ago. I called them up cause the catalogue they sent me was for 2000. THey said thats all there was...lol. So I picked awhole pile of stuff. Got my package yesterday.

This what I ordered:
Complete Detailing kit
Flashlight
Carbon Fibre license Plate covers Audi Sport
Audi Turtleneck
Audi Sweatshirt
Audi Sport Tire Pressure guage
TT winter mats
Tire Valve stem covers

This what I got:

TT mats
Carbon Fibre frames

So I called them up and asked where everything else was. They asked me why I hadnt ordered out of the 2002 catalogue???? lol I said because you said it didnt exhist and you sent me three 2000 catalogues. Anyways they said there should have been a tire pressure gauage in the shipment...But they shipped it using a box with a hole in it...so it got lost during transit...or stolen during transit...anyways...I asked them about the other items ...they said they were now obsolete...lol...so I said well do you have things similar to what I ordered...Oh yes they say!!! In fact the only thing that is obsolete is that they have changed the part numbers and they still offer exactly what I ordered, but its now listed under a different code...I asked why they didnt just ship the part with the new code as the proces it seems havent changed on what I ordered...customer service laughed and said they didnt know..So I asked them about all my leftover gift certificates and when they would ship them back...It seems they have lost them...but will eventually reporint some new ones and send them back????? Oh.......wtf? So I figured at least I got somthing from the fu@#$%^....so I went home and grabbed some beers and my tool box so that I could install what I had got today...the frames and the mats...THe mats look great, thanks for everybody on the board who recommended them...if you dont have them yet get them...great fit and look nice...very functional as well... So now its time to install the Carbon Fibre license plate frames....they come with their own hardware and nice dark covered caps....but the hardware doesnt fit and the screws are to short...so the wonderful kit that I ordered doestn.....fit!!!!!!!! time for visit to the hardware store... ((

YEEEHHHHHHHAWWWW Audi does it again!!!!!!!!

Just curious as to how the ride is in your TT with the 18" rims? Did you change the suspension at all?
