This one is cool...Goes right into the tape deck or use it stand alone....

Beware! While the form factor is very cool, the sound quality when used in a tape deck sucks, there's no display on the unit and the UI stinks. Plus, it's only 32MB.

XPlay won't let you load songs from a PC
XPod will be out soon which will let you load songs onto the playlist from a PC. Have no fear, Apple will not win this one! =) I am waiting with baited breath for the Xpod software... mediafour is a well known name in Mac -> PC conversions.
