The CARK is a high quality handsfree kit...
I've installled them stand-alone in my TT and in other cars and they work extremely well. Good audio, good mic pick-up. If you want to interface this to the Audi hook-up it's fairly involved....

You can hide the holes.....
I popped my right kneepad off, drilled and mounted the cradle to the aluminum arm. When I switched phones, stopped traveling, and no longer needed tyhe set-up, I unbolted, popped the kneepad back on, and no one's the wiser.
