Default Thanks Steve...was actually look at ECS Tunings site, and the search engine

It seems Swiftt has Big Reds on his car.
I dont wanna have to go to the trouble of piecing a kit together from BIRA, and the pricing on the Porsche kits looks reasonable enough, just a few questions on pedal feel, stopping ability, master cylinder and abs compatibility.
Sorry, but the sight of some BIG RED calipers exposed behid the wheels just screams STOP to me,
Granted Stoptechs are nice and APRs may have more fitment options due to a few design changes, but if I was getting either of those the Logos would have to go!

Default I agree....Nothing says stop like Big Reds....>>

The ECS Tuning packages are priced very reasonably and kind of echo the Recommendations and price estimates on the Bira site. Looks like an affordable alternative. I posted this link months ago. SwifTT does have these and he's posted pics here before. Have you emailed him?

Default Why bother?

Not that there's anything wrong with improvement but doesn't the TT already outstop almost anything on the road? (according to magazine tests). Seems like overkill?????

Default You are right in a sense...The stock TT brakes happen to produce very short stopping distances

however, this can't be repeated...the brakes heat up and if they are not allowed to cool then your next stop will be much longer. So, people upgrade their brakes to eliminate this effect or for pure looks.
