If you think the 16 yr old that got a TT for a birthday present was bad, don't read this!!!
My little brother's friend just turned 17 and his parents got him a Fly Yellow Ferrari 355 F1 spyder limited edition. There is only like 40 in the US (Jason, you know about this?) it's all carbon inside, emblems, black leather, etc. A Hundo sixty grand gone! He pulls up to our house and kills the ignition....after checking it out for a while my brother gets in for a ride and he couldn't start it! Idiot.Anyways, this is sick. I know familys that could make this kid's parents look like peasents and they don't give their 17 year old male a rocket. Now, if I was the kid, I wouldn't be complaining but damn, the parents must have something wrong with them. I friggin hate new money! I can't wait until I'm new money but play it old school

Thanks for the drunken rant...thought you'd get a kick out of my sick hometown
btw, sober sweetness tomorrow for me....my car got some sick attention over break...I have some TT related posts coming soon.

Bringing Audi to Life for Audi Fans
The other kid is this little snot (my old neighbor) who has lived his life making his mother feel bad for a divorce that happened 15 years ago. His grandfather bought him a used 348GTS for his 16th birthday. This is also the kid who has gone through multiple Land Rover Discoverys. Although, his mother is a car collector (yes, his mother) and felt the car was also an investment... still boggles my mind.
My question is... what the hell is left to desire? When you have everything at 17, where do you go when you're on your own and making nothing? I just think it's sort of a lapse in parental judgement. But it's not my money, so go for it.
