I have not been able to connect to the internet all weekend. Any Comcast owners

having this problem or is it just my connection

This weekend was hell!!!!

Any ideas?

I got a message on my phone yesterday from them...

they said that my service was going to be transitioned to the new Comcast network on Jan. 8 between 12AM and 2AM, which is tonight. They said to make sure to go to http://www.comcast.net/connectioncenter to make sure my service doesn't get interrupted. Basically, all it says on there is to make sure your computer is configured to use DHCP, not a static IP. It also says this on there:

At this time only the following markets should have received a 3-Step Guide and should be transitioning to Comcast High-Speed Internet:

* Dover, Delaware
* Salisbury, Maryland
* Cambridge, Maryland
* Northern New Jersey (Jersey City, Union, Plainfield, Meadowlands)
* Michigan (only former MediaOne customers)

Please check your @Home e-mail for more information and updates.

I'm not in any of those areas, so I don't know what's going on. I'm gonna call them today to see what's up.
