Do the ads go away if I buy something form them?
I've got a bunch of X10 stuff in my apartment, but I bought it all before they started the pop-under ad blitz...Maybe they'll go away if I buy a few of these.

X10 can only lead to ad killer software. I use Popup Killer.
Runs in the System Tray. Strangely, I sometimes have to disable it when it kills every pop up. Sometimes you need them. You can configure it for various levels of how many popups you can live with. Now this I have trouble believing
I'm using X10, 2.4ghz phones and an 802.11b wireless network. All works just fine for me. I have heard where the Panasonic 2.4's conflict with 802.11b though. Never heard of x10 conflicting. It is 900mhz for their wireless video... totally different band right?

Actually, X-10 uses 2.4Ghz for their wireless transmissions, but it's highly directional,
and you can fix problems by careful placement. I helped a friend install some X-10 cameras in his house, and he had a Siemens 2.4 Ghz cordless phone, like I have, and he had problems with camera reception. When we unplugged the phone, the problem went away, and we just kept moving the cordless units to different outlets until the problem stopped. No problems since.
