OT: I got a new slot car today.
It's very nicely detailed, like all the SCX/Scalectrix cars I've seen lately. I haven't had a chance to run it on my track yet, but I'm sure it'll be nice.

Santa Claus was very nice to us too. He deposited the SCX Audi LeMans starter set under our tree.
We get two cars, one yellow and one red like yours and a nice elongated figure 8. My 5 year old boy can whoop me every time. It is great fun. Also we got infrared wireless controllers that work very very well. I'm very happy with Santa.

Very nice set...I've looked at buying that one.
Right now, I'm borrowing a friend's Ninco rally set. It's basically an oval with a chicane on each side, and then we added a few straight pieces to it. I don't have my own track since they're pretty expensive.
