TT-Ambassador: Paypal Question

Paypal is requesting Bank Account information. I do not understand why. Help! I used Paypal last year with no problems.

PayPal policies have change recently...need to check with them over new procedures or just...

mail check to TT-East....some PayPal users are not experiencing problems and others are...BUT please register and if you want send check to notec TT-East address...will be no problem

Please..if you are having problems with paypal use the check alternative...glitch in the...

paypal system for now. We at TT-East are working to clear up problem but this WILL NOT effect your registration...

I believe it is their way of "verifying" you. You give them your bank account info then they make...

two deposits between $0.01 and $0.99 into your account. You then have to log on and tell them the two amounts. If you can verify the deposits they then know you are who you say you are and you become verified.

I could be wrong so check with PayPal to be sure but that's what they did to verify my account.
