Right now I have a plane ticket...
However, I just found out that a error in the merger between my company and another (Quaker Oats and Tropicana) resulted in a 1 week increase in my alloted vacation days for this year and beyond!!!... A very NICE error if you ask me :-)
Result may be that I can 'afford' the days and will drive. If I drive, I'll do it in the Motor Home that my wife and I just bought and tow the TT.
The trip sounds great, and can be justified economically, but the total miles and time required may mean that I simply fly. I posted a long time ago my father's comment about going to a car event without your own car and it's very true (and a bit crass), he said..."if you go to a car event without YOUR car, all you do is stand aroung and hold your D$CK looking at everyone else's car". Very true and not so enticing... it may have to be that way though :-(
