Default Jeff Bipes or HoTTub.. Question on the ZImmermann rotors..

on the front rotors, is the crossdrilled pattern the same on both sides or are they directional for left and right sides??

Default They are directional. I believe they should look like...

If you are looking at the driver's side front wheel, the hole pattern should look like

............O

Hope you get the picture I was going after with this text.

That was me, but was for rear rotors. the fronts were a matching pair

Default No...I don't think Ralf is around anymore...

After some discussion here on the forum and at the install party for Nancy's grill, we decided that performance/safety was not going to be an issue.

I took a very close look at the rotors and the venting did not seem to be directional...so I just slap them on. Only the keen observer notices anything screwy about the drill patterns.

After one heavy braking session, I checked the temperature of the rear rotors by placing my hand into the rear wheels (I know very scientific), and didn't notice a difference.

Default Right, this is the pattern from the outer edge of the rotor, both sides.

On the drivers side, the outside of the rotor is the leading "curve" of holes.

this is a view from the passenger side.
Check the curve of the hole pattern

Default Directional for the side, if you have the same pattern you have to of the same side
