I've used two ..
1) Rector (Burlingame) B
I never had problems with them. They were near my work. So I used them. But they never had a rental. It took about a week to get in.
2) Stevens Creek Audi (San Jose) C
They overfilled the crankaces by just dumping the full 5 qts that I supplied. They rotated tires but didn't check tire pressure. When I called them on both counts they gave me attitude. HOWEVER, the Service Manager called me back and apologized. He even refunded me the $45 I paid for the tire rotation. They did do the Haldex for the 20K. They have rental cars. It took three days to get in. So I will give them one more chance (and it's close to my house).
BUT - If you have the time, go to DIABLO. It is rated the best in the area.

Rector for me="A" I guess it depends on your service advisor. The one
I have now changed their previous grade from a "C-", my previous service advisor no longer works there. A good service advisor makes the biggest difference in the world.
