Ok.. ok... what the hell is a KMAC?

So, let me see if I got this right:
A stock TT with stock springs and dampers is setup so that the camber of the wheels is at an acceptable level.
But when you put aftermarket springs and dampers on the car it can casuse the camber to change and mess up the tires and stuff... is that about right?
So, how do you know if you need a KMAC thinge?
I am going to have Eibach springs and dampers installed by Eibach.. would they know about this and be able to advise me?
