Plant Manager
Description:
Plant Manager will manage 15 salaried and 90 hourly positions.
Should be knowledgeable on managing a plant facility to improve capacity and work with Sales and Marketing teams to increase profit margins. Person should be familiar with operating the following types of equipment:
Extrusion equipment - includes nine-color roto press, tandem extrusion laminator, three slitters and a roll doctor.
Adhesive equipment - ten color roto press, eight color flexo press, solvent laminator, solventless laminator, two slitters and one roll doctor.
Business Unit: Food
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in managing a plant.
Good customer focus and ability to manage staff to ensure required production levels are met.
Location: Joplin, MO
