Default Passenger window relearn procedures?

My passenger window lost it's auto up/down feature and it no longer drops when the door is opened. Pete at Strat. said there is a way to reset it. Any help would be great so I dont have to visit the stealership. Thanks

Try holding the remote near the door than clicking "unlock" - then insert the key and turn the lock.

Default These windows and linking electronics are sooo odd. When all goes FUBAR, then I

try everything.

Hold down the passenger window all the way for a few seconds, then back up, hold it a few secs

Second, hold both windows down for a few seconds and then go back up and hold a few secs

If that doesn't work, then I'll turn the car off and then on and see if all works.

Then I will do all the above and hope it works.

Last week, my up down one touch did not work, had it in the body shop where they evidently disconnected some things, and it all worked again.

Oh well.... if all else fails, dealer.

Default Its in the manual but not clearly. I had this happen recently. You need to

click the switch on the door up which somehow resets it.

Default no no.. this is the answer:

. If your windows do not drop and raise
when you open and shut the doors,or if the one touch does not work ,it's
because the dealer(like mine did) has not reset them.First raise the
window all the way up then release the switch then hold it up for 1-2
seconds ,this will reset it.

Thanks I'll try that. I did lower and raise and held the sw. I'll try the lower/raise and release the switch then hold up for 2-3 seconds.

Default Here's the exact wording from

page 71 of the manual.

*********************

Close the window completely by lifting the power window switch and holding.

Release the switch and then lift it again for a second.

The convenience feature is now activated.
