Pay $38,950 for a 2002 TTR 225 w/ premium?

Pay $38,950 for a 2002 TTR 225 w/ premium?
Does anyone have any thoughts on this price (it is about $1700 under MSRP)? It is Moro blue, blue top, aviator grey interior, with Premium package being the only option. I am in Southwest Virginia.

Small world! I went to Virginia Tech, and parents still live near Prices Fork/Walton!
Heck, I even went to BHS for a few years!
Actually I bought my TT from L.A. and live in Houston now, but it's always nice to see people from the 'Burg.

I'm pretty new to the area (new Tech faculty, been here about 18 months). I live just off Prices Fork, near 460. I actually did not know about techsideline.com, I think I'll check it out. Thanks!

Good idea, though the selection is pretty limited around here. Perhaps in Charlotte the selection is greater. One way we do save some $$ is that the VA sales tax on cars is 3.2%, much lower than my native state's (NY) rate. Also, I think Moro Blue (my preferred color) is new for 2002 (correct me if I'm wrong).

keep an eye out for Hokie TT, he's the original TT owning Hokie
drives a silver '00 TTQC 80 with the plates "HOKIETT." Hilarious guy. If you need any tips on the 'Burg, I'm your man. Prices Fork and 460... so Hethwood? Foxridge?
